How to Volunteer

Who creates the Procession? 

Over 100 community volunteers create and produce the Procession with administrative organization by Earthbound Productions.  You can join any effort at any time, for as long as you like!  

If you want to volunteer, please come to the Art Studio at the Armory Creative Arts Campus for volunteer orientation on the following days:

  • any Saturday from 10 am to 11 am

  • any Wednesday from 6 pm to 7pm

Help is needed for:

  • Art, music, and dance workshops

  • Bookkeeping

  • Community Art Studio staff and committee

  • Computer support

  • Poster distribution

  • Environmental outreach

  • Fundraising committee

  • General outreach

  • Graphic design

  • Logistics

  • Outreach to K-12 schools

  • Photography and videography

  • Procession art guide

  • Public relations

  • Recycling scavenger

  • Registration

  • Special events 

  • T-shirt design and sales

  • Volunteer coordination
